Terms & Conditions

1. Entry Period

The competition opens on May 1, 2026 at 00:00 CET and closes on May 29, 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Be a resident of the EU or Morocco.
• Hold a valid passport for the duration of 2026.
• Be available to travel internationally within Europe.

3. How to Enter

Submit your application via the online form at osloomvendt.no/burn-energy-tour/apply. You must provide your full name, contact email, and a link to a minimum one-hour DJ set recording (FLAC, WAV, or MP3 format).

4. Entry Limits

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted under multiple aliases or using automated methods will be disqualified.

5. Selection Process

A panel of judges will evaluate all entries based on energy, technical skill, track selection, originality, and genre alignment. Ten finalists will be selected within one week of the competition closing. Winners will be notified within 14 days of closing.

6. Prize

The winner receives:

• A performance spot on the Burn Energy Tour '26
• Return travel and accommodation for the performance
• £500
• A 1:1 workshop with Mixmag
• Global promotion across Mixmag and Burn Energy channels

Where possible, performers will be scheduled to perform in their home country. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Documentation

The winner may be required to provide valid documentation to confirm age, residency, and passport validity before the prize is confirmed.

8. No Entry Fee

There is no cost to enter this competition.

9. Organiser

This competition is organised by Oslo Omvendt in partnership with Mixmag and Burn Energy. All decisions made by the judging panel are final.
